Babylist collects sales tax in all the states it's required to do so by law. It's calculated based on the shipping address, not the purchaser's billing address. It varies by state, zip code, and other factors. (Sales tax can also vary from retailer to retailer.)
Since state regulation is subject to change, the states in which we collect sales tax and the amount that we collect may also change.
