Cash Funds let your friends and family contribute money directly to your Venmo or PayPal account through your Babylist registry. They’re a great way to receive help for larger expenses like strollers, diapering services, or future savings.
Note: Babylist doesn’t manage Cash Fund transactions. Contributions are sent directly through Venmo or PayPal, and Babylist can’t assist with payment issues or transfer delays.
How Cash Funds work
- Add a Cash Fund to your registry.
- Guests can send money directly to your Venmo or PayPal account from your Babylist registry.
- If you’ve made your address public, guests will also see it in case they prefer to mail a check.
- Include a short note to let friends and family know what the funds will support—like a meal service or college savings goal.
Important things to know
- Partners, collaborators, and registry owners can add and edit Cash Funds.
- You can’t set a formal goal, but you can note an amount in the item description.
