If guests say the link on your printed invitation doesn't open your event, first check that it matches your current event link exactly. Open your shower, tap Share event link, and compare the URL on screen to the one printed on your invitations.
If they don't match, edit the URL field back to exactly what's printed and tap Save. The printed link will work again. See Can I change my shower's event link (URL)? for details.
