Returns and refunds
Items we purchase for you through this partnership cannot be returned or refunded. This applies whether you start a return yourself or ask our support team.
If you do not want an item
Gift it forward. Pass it along to someone who could use it, like a friend, a family member, a local parent group, or a donation center. If you post about it, add #BabylistItForward.
If something is wrong with your order
Reach out to us if your gift:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Is not the item that was ordered
- Never arrives
Include your order number when you contact us. We will look into it and tell you what we can do.

- This policy covers gifts that Babylist purchased through the Alex Cooper partnership.
- Gifts bought by friends and family follow our standard return policy.
- Your own Babylist Shop orders are not affected.
