Your fund may show different statuses while you're setting up or managing your linked investment account.
If your fund says Not connected yet
Not connected yet means your investment account hasn't been fully linked to your fund.
If you're linking a 530A (Trump Account), enrollment may take a few days to complete with your investment provider. This is expected and doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem.
While your investment account is being linked, friends and family won't be able to give gifts.
If your fund says On hold or Paused
An On hold or Paused status usually means your fund needs attention before it can accept additional gifts.
This may happen if:
- A gift payment was returned.
- Your linked investment account needs to be updated.
If your fund is on hold, email support@babylist.com for help. We'll work with you to get your fund active again.
