You can use your Group Gift funds whenever you're ready. There’s no need to wait until a gift is fully funded before using the contributions.
Use your Group Gift funds
- Go to Settings > Gift Cards, Promos & Gift Funds
- Select Group Gift funds
- Choose the amount you’d like to use
- Click Apply funds at checkout
You can also access your funds from a Group Gift item on your registry by tapping the edit (pencil) icon, then selecting Manage.

- Go to the Babylist Shop or choose an item from your registry
- Click Add to cart
- Go to checkout
Your Group Gift funds will automatically apply to your total during checkout.
Mark your Group Gift item as purchased
After you complete your purchase, head back to your registry to update the item.
- Find the Group Gift item
- Click the edit (pencil) icon
- Mark the item as purchased
Important details about Group Gift funds
- Group Gift items won’t ship automatically once they’re fully funded. To receive the item, add it to your cart and complete checkout.
- Only the registry owner can use Group Gift funds.
- Group Gift funds can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- If you have a remaining balance, you can use it on a future Babylist Shop order.
