Gift Givers often reserve a gift and wait to purchase it for many reasons. We want to give them ample time to make their purchases but we also know you probably don't want gifts tied up in a reservation that might not get purchased. (We totally hear you!)
When a Gift Giver reserves an item, we send three reminder emails over a two week period. If you're confident that a gift will not be purchased, you're able to cancel a reservation via your Gift Tracker (on web only, not in the app). We won't notify your Gift Giver that you canceled the reservation but it's important to note that you may receive duplicate gifts by cancelling a reservation if the original Gift Giver does end up purchasing the gift.
