Once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to it. If you need to add or remove items or change the shipping address, you must cancel the original order and place a new one.
There is a 45 minute window to cancel before it's processed by our fulfillment center. Digital gift cards are excluded from the 45 minute hold and are processed immediately. If your order is not a digital gift card and within the 45 minute window, you can edit or cancel your order from the link in your confirmation email. Click the blue text that says "Click here if you need to cancel your order." as shown below.
If the 45 minute window has expired, we will not be able to cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped can also not be cancelled.
Other store orders:
Most gifts listed on registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If the order is from another retailer, you'll want to contact them directly. When you contact these other retailers, they will not have information about the registry or the registrant. If you let them know the e-mail address you used to place the order and your order confirmation number, they should be able to look up your order.
