Once an order is placed at the Babylist Shop, there's a 45-minute window to cancel it before it's processed. If you need to add or remove items or change the shipping address, you must cancel the original order and place a new one. You can do this directly from your confirmation email by tapping the text, Click here if you need to cancel your order.
Things to keep in mind:
- Once the 45-minute window has closed, changes can't be made.
- Digital gift cards are excluded from the 45-minute hold and are processed immediately. (These can only be canceled by our Happiness Heroes, and only if they have not been redeemed.)
- Mailed gift cards (within the 45-minute window), can be canceled from the link in your confirmation email.
Once the 45-minute window has closed, your order can't be changed or modified. Orders that have shipped, can't be canceled. You can submit a return request to be sent a free return shipping label.
Other store orders:
Many gifts listed on registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If the order is from another store, you'll want to contact them directly. When you contact them they won't have information about or knowledge of the registry or the Registrant. If you let them know the e-mail address you used to place the order and your order confirmation number, they should be able to look it up. Here are the contact numbers for some popular retailers:
