For purchases made at Babylist.com:
- If you're a Registrant tracking an order you placed for yourself from the Babylist store, you can check the status of your order under your My Orders page here.
- If you're a Registrant tracking a gift purchased for you from the Babylist store, you can find tracking information directly on your Gift Reservation page by clicking "Track your package."
- If you're a Gift Giver or non-Registrant tracking an order you placed from the Babylist store, you'll need to find either your confirmation email or your shipping confirmation email and click the "View Your Order" button in the email to access your order status page. If you cannot locate either email, please reach out to our Happiness Heroes here and we'd be happy to look up your order for you.
Things you should know:
- Tracking information won't be available until after the order has shipped.
- It may take 24-48 hours for tracking to update once your order has shipped.
- You can find out more about our shipping time frames here.
- If the order is from a retailer other than the Babylist store, we will not have access to that order.
- If you made the purchase yourself, you will want to reach out to that retailer directly for any order information.
- If the order is a gift purchased for you, our Happiness Heroes would be happy to contact the Gift Giver on your behalf to ask for an update. You can reach out to us here.
- Other retailers will not know about Babylist or our registries.
