Why don't my items show up after a transfer?

After the initial transfer of your items from another retailer to Babylist, the list will not automatically update. The transfer only moves over the items that are on the list at that time. They also do not sync, so if you add any items to your other registries they won't show up on Babylist. We actually recommend deleting a transferred registry after the fact as you have your items listed in two separate locations. Since the lists don't sync, neither registry will know if an item has been purchased from the other so you may end up with duplicates.

Once the first transfer is completed, if you find additional items you'd like to add from that retailer, you can do so through our browser button or via the app.
