I reserved a gift but haven’t paid yet. Why does it say purchased?

Most likely, your gift was accidentally marked as purchased before placing your order. This removes the ability to proceed through checkout.

To update this, return to your Gift Reservation page and uncheck the "I've purchased this" box.
